Empower Us offers paid delivery work to neighbors who have experienced homelessness. Our focus isn't on charity; it's on the shared dignity of a hard day's work and the stability that comes from a steady shift. The Shift
A typical shift involves carefully loading furniture into the delivery van and moving items into neighbors' new homes. Expect a day of physical movement and teamwork.

We offer a fair daily wage paid at the end of each shift. This program is designed to provide immediate dignity through work, with no charity—just shared effort.
